Clinical effect of psychological nursing in the elderly patients with hypertension and stroke accompanying by anxiety in recovery period

摘要

摘要: 目的：探讨心理护理对老年高血压脑卒中恢复期伴焦虑症状患者的临床效果。方法将146例高血压脑卒中恢复期伴焦虑症状的老年患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组73例。对照组服用非洛地平并静注丹红注射液，观察组在对照组的基础上加入心理护理，治疗3个月后比较2组患者心率、血压的改善结果，并通过填写自评量表的方式对患者焦虑情况、脑卒中神经功能恢复情况进行评价。结果治疗3个月后，观察组患者的血压较对照组和治疗前均有显著改善，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；观察组焦虑和神经功能恢复情况也显著优于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论在老年高血压脑卒中患者恢复期的护理中加入心理护理能够明显改善患者的焦虑症状，使得疾病的治疗更加有效，值得在临床上推广。

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing in the elderly patients with hypertension and stroke accompanying by anxiety in recovery period Methods 146 elderly patients with hypertension and stroke accompanying by anxiety in recovery periodwere ran-domly divided into observation group and control group with 73 patients in each group.The pa-tients in the control group took felodipine and injected Danhong injection,the patients in the obser-vation group were added psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.After three months of treatment,heart rate and blood pressure in the patients were compared in the two groups,and anxiety and recovery of neurologic function of patients by filling self-rating depression scale were estimated.Result After three months of treatment,the blood pressure of the patients in the ob-servation group was significantly improved than that in the control group and the treatment before, so the difference was statistical significant(P <0.05).The anxiety and the recovery of neurologic function of patients in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion Psychological nursing can obviously improve anxiety of patients and improve the curative effect for elderly patients with hypertension and stroke accompanying by anxiety in re-covery period,so it′s worthy of widely application in clinic.
