Perioperative nursing of trachea tumor

摘要: 目的：总结气管肿瘤围术期的护理经验。方法回顾分析12例气管部分切除断端成形术的术前、术后护理措施及出院指导方案。结果本组12例患者均痊愈。结论围术期针对性的心理护理、体位护理、呼吸道管理、生命体征检测、营养支持等措施，能有效减少术后并发症，促进患者平稳恢复。

Abstract: Objective To summarize the experience in the perioperative nursing of the pa-tients with trachea tumor.Methods Perioperative nursing methods and discharge guidance of 10 patients with angioplasty in the part of tracheal resection were retrospective analyzed.Results All of the 10 patients were recovered smoothly.Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing,postural nursing,airway management,vital signs detection and nutritional support can effectively reduce postoperative complications and promote recovery.
