Correlation between skin test methods and allergic reaction in 835 patients withβ-lactam antibiotics

摘要: 目的：通过对β-内酰胺类药物皮试阳性率的相关性研究，总结出β-内酰胺类药物皮试方法与阳性率的关系，为临床合理应用β-内酰胺类药物提供理论依据。方法对住院的行β-内酰胺类抗生素皮试的835例患者进行调查，对2种皮试方法及结果进行回顾性统计分析。结果使用β-内酰胺类药物原液皮试比医院按照教科书和药典上青霉素和头孢唑啉钠的药物敏感试验皮试液配制方法统一配制的皮试液的阳性率低，准确性更高，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．01）。结论使用β-内酰胺类抗生素原液皮试能有效降低皮试阳性率和假阳性率，给医生安全用药提供支持，提高感染患者的治愈率。Abstract: Objective To explore the correlation between skin test methods and positive rate in patients withβ-lactam medicine.Methods 835 hospitalized patients withβ-lactam antibi-otic skin test were investigated,and the two skin test methods and the results were analyzed.Re-sults The positive rate and accuracy of stockβ-lactam drug for skin test were significantly lower and higher than those of penicillin combined with pharmacopoeia and cefazolin sodium for skin test (P <0.01).Conclusion Application ofβ-lactam antibiotic solution for skin test can effectively re-duce the positive rate and false positive of skin test,provide support for safe medication and im-prove the healing rate of infection patients.
