Influence of evidence-based nursing on adverse reaction and life quality of patients with gastric cancer during chemotherapy

摘要: 目的：探讨循证护理在胃癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法将70例胃癌化疗患者随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用循证护理，比较2组的化疗效果、毒副反应和生活质量。结果观察组总有效率为68．6％，显著高于对照组的40．0％，毒副反应Ⅰ～Ⅱ级的比例显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。观察组在总体健康、躯体功能、躯体疼痛等生活质量方面的评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论循证护理可以解决胃癌化疗患者的实际问题，使护理更具有针对性，能够减轻幅度反应，改善化疗期间的生活质量。Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based on patients with gastric cancer during chemotherapy.Methods 70 gastric cancer patients during chemotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing based on the treat-ment of the control group.Chemotherapy effect,toxicity and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 68.6% which was significantly higher than 40% in the control group.Toxicity reaction in Ⅰ~Ⅱ grade was signifi-cantly higher than that in the control group .So the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).The life quality in overall health,physical function and body pain in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,so the difference was statistical significant (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion The evidence-based nursing can settle the practical problems of chemotherapy patients with gastric cancer.Thus,the targeted nursing could reduce the adverse re-action and improve quality of life of patients during chemotherapy.
