肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏系统管理的相关因素分析及干预措施

  • 摘要: 肺癌是威胁人类健康的严重疾病,其发病率和病死率均较高,且发病率呈逐年增高的趋势[1].中国的肺癌发病率上升很快,已居中国恶性肿瘤的首位[2].化疗是肺癌术后的重要治疗手段,但随着化疗进程的延伸,患者常常合并各种毒副反应.有研究[3-4]发现癌因性疲乏(CRF)是化疗患者的常见不良反应.国内有学者[5]报道肺癌化疗患者的CRF发生率为76.4%,持续时间最长为8个月,此结果与美国疲乏联合会的调查结果基本相似.76%的癌症化疗患者在化疗过程中每月至少有数天感到疲乏.
