  • 摘要: 目的 探讨乳腺癌改良根治合并Ⅰ期自体组织乳房重建术的护理经验.方法 对21例乳腺癌改良根治患者分别采用腹直肌肌皮瓣(TRAM)方法及背阔肌皮瓣(LDP)方法进行Ⅰ期自体组织乳房重建术,术后严密观察病情变化及发展,对患者的功能锻炼进行正确指导,并实施健康教育和提供情感支持.结果 本组手术过程均顺利,未发生肌皮瓣坏死、感染等严重并发症.结论 做好对乳腺癌改良根治合并Ⅰ期乳房自体组织重建术后患者的护理,可减少并发症,提高患者生活质量.
