超声造影在乳腺肿块诊断中的新进展

  • 摘要: 乳腺超声检查以其良好的图像质量、无辐射、相对方便及价格低廉的优势,在乳腺肿块的诊断中具有重要的应用价值.然而,对于周围分布脂肪等回声肿块或者不均匀回声且位置较深的肿块,乳腺超声检查有其局限性.尤其针对一些乳腺癌的患者,灰阶超声并不能很好地显示肿块以及淋巴转移[1].超声造影(CEUS)是超声造影剂与传统超声的结合,可以提高病变的检出率,显示病灶的血供情况,提高诊断的准确性,减少漏诊与误诊.与高频的彩色多普勒技术相比,CEUS已经广泛运用于下述方面:①检测动脉粥样硬化斑块,防止其破裂以及提高不规则血管壁的可见度;②识别一些器官的肿块,比如肝、肾、胰腺、卵巢、前列腺等[2].
