Effects of glucagon-like peptide-1 analogues on cardiac ultrastructure in type 2 diabetic rats

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨胰高糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)类似物对2型糖尿病大鼠心脏超微结构的影响.方法 将28只无特定病原体(SPF)级雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组:正常对照组(C组)6例基础饲料喂养;正常对照+Exenatide干预组(C+E组)6例基础饲料喂养;2型糖尿病组(D组)8例高脂饲料喂养;2型糖尿病+ Exenatide干预组(D+E组)8例高脂饲料喂养.采用透射电镜观察4组大鼠心脏超微结构的变化.结果 D组心肌纤维排列紊乱,线粒体肿胀、空泡变性,而D+E组干预8周后,心肌细胞结构较清楚,线粒体无明显肿胀.结论 GLP-1类似物能有效改善糖尿病大鼠心肌细胞线粒体和肌纤维的结构及功能紊乱,从而使心肌缺血和心功能得到保护,抑制心肌细胞凋亡.
