摘要

摘要: 健康教育是有目标、有计划、有组织、有系统、有评价的教育活动,其核心就是积极教育人们树立健康意识并养成良好的行为和生活习惯,且能降低或消除影响健康的危险因素[1].实施健康教育过程中选择适宜的策略是影响健康教育效果的重要环节,也是保障健康教育质量和效果的基础.现就健康教育实施策略进行综述,目的在于使更多护理人员认识到健康教育的重要性,积极加强并完善健康教育的方法、技能,为全面有效提高健康教育质量提供依据和方法上的指导.
