  • 摘要: 磁敏感加权成像(SWI)是近几年发展起来的反映组织磁敏感特性的新技术,对静脉结构、血液代谢物、铁质沉积的改变十分敏感[1],在脑肿瘤、脑血管病、脑外伤、神经变性病等中枢神经系统病变中有较高的应用前景和价值[2-3];磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)是一种功能性磁共振技术,能够反映活体组织在生理和病理生理状态下的水分子微观运动状况[4].本研究探讨SWI及DWI在高血压颅内微出血(CMBs)中的诊断价值,现报告如下.
