摘要

摘要: 腰椎间盘突出症是引起腰腿痛的重要原因之一,开窗减压髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的短期有效率约为80％[1].既往研究[2]显示约20％患者术后一定时间内会发生相同节段间盘再突出.本研究回顾性分析本院收治的行开窗减压髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料进行,评价该术式治疗腰椎间盘突出症的远期疗效及影响因素.
