Expression of IL-8 in the peripheral blood of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion

摘要

摘要: 目的探讨白介素-8(IL-8)在反复自然流产患者体内免疫调节机制的表达及作用.方法选取反复自然流产患者120例设为实验组,另选取同期、同孕龄及要求流产的正常早孕孕妇120例设为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测2组患者静脉血血清IL-8水平.结果实验组血清IL-8水平为(160.51±11.30) pg/mL,显著高于对照组(43.68±8.31)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 IL-8对妊娠的维持具有重要作用,但当孕妇分泌高水平IL-8时,可增加习惯性流产的风险.
