Expression and significance of NLRP3 inflammasome, IL-1 and IL-18 in herniated lumbar intervertebral disc issue

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体含热蛋白结构域3(NLRP3)炎性体、白细胞介素(IL)-1、IL-18在突出腰椎间盘组织中的表达及意义.方法 将110例腰椎间盘组织标本分为突出组80例和非突出组30例.比较2组腰椎间盘组织中NLRP3、IL-1和IL-18表达及其在不同临床病理情况下的差异,并分析3者的相关性.结果 突出组椎间盘组织中NLRP3、IL-1和IL-18蛋白阳性表达率显著高于非突出组.3者阳性表达与性别、年龄、突出节段、疼痛部位均无显著相关性.NLRP3、IL-1蛋白阳性表达率随视觉模拟评分(VAS)的升高而增加,IL-18蛋白阳性表达率随VAS升高增加不甚明显,VAS≥7分和VAS≤3分间差异显著.3者在突出椎间盘组织中的表达呈正相关.结论 突出的腰椎间盘纤维环破裂以后,NL-RP3、IL-1、IL-18的表达率明显增加,其阳性表达率与临床疼痛程度相关,三者表达呈正相关.
