Correlational study on the effects of C reactive protein and fasting blood glucose to short-term outcomes in patients with acute coronary syndrome

摘要

摘要: 目的研究C反应蛋白(CRP)和空腹血糖(FBG)对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者近期预后的影响.方法选取ACS患者623例,根据CRP检测结果和FBG检测结果分为4组:A组(FBG正常,CRP正常)、B组(FBG正常,CRP升高)、C组(FBG升高,CRP正常)及D组(FBG与CRP均升高).观察患者1个月内主要心血管事件(MACE)的发生情况,并应用Logistic回归模型分析MACE危险因素.结果与A组相比,其他3组MACE发生率均显著增加.高年龄、高血压、血脂异常、FBG升高、CRP升高都是MACE的危险因素.结论 FBG升高及CRP水平升高与ACS患者近期主要心血管事件的发生呈正相关.二者都升高者,近期预后差.
