Effects of sustained micro-pump injection of ornithine aspartate needle on liver function and blood ammonia for patients with hepatic encephalopathy

摘要

摘要: 目的探讨门冬氨酸鸟氨酸针持续微量泵注入治疗肝性脑病的临床疗效.方法将71例肝性脑病患者随机分为治疗组(n=36)和对照组(n=36),治疗组应用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸针微量泵注入,对照组应用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸针静脉滴注.观察2组患者神志恢复正常时间及治疗前后肝功能、血氨值变化情况.结果治疗组患者苏醒时间为(11.2±2.1)h,对照组苏醒时间为(18.5±2.3)h,治疗组患者苏醒时间明显短于对照组.2组治疗后血氨、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBIL)均较治疗前明显降低；治疗组治疗后血氨、ALT、TBIL水平明显低于对照组治疗后.结论应用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸针持续微量泵注入比单纯静脉滴注疗效更佳,值得临床推广应用.
