摘要

摘要: 近年来随着白内障及屈光手术技术的日臻完美,手术本身并发症大为减少,单眼白内障术后效果几近完美.但许多成年患者术后出现了复视,导致双眼无法同时使用,严重影响了生存质量,这是白内障诊疗及术后护理所面临的新挑战[1],近年来美国完成了多项针对白内障术后复视的研究,提示其流行病发生率为0.2 3％～0.85％[2-8],美国每年大约有一百多万例白内障摘除术,而中国的数量是这个数字的许多倍,因此,白内障患者术后复视的护理急需重视.本文通过系统分析国外研究发现的成年患者白内障术后复视的发病原因并提出预防措施,旨在为白内障术后复视的护理提供借鉴.
