摘要: 肝硬化是由肝纤维化发展而成,是所有慢性肝脏损伤的最终病理阶段.近年发现脂联素与慢性肝病的关系非常密切,在非酒精性脂肪性肝病、慢性丙型肝炎以及乙型肝炎肝硬化中均发现脂联素浓度表达异常[1-3].本研究采用复方鳖甲软肝片对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者进行抗纤维化治疗,观察其血清脂联素浓度变化,现报告如下.
