Effects of atorvastatin on the endothelial progenitor cell function in peripheral blood of patients with coronary heart disease

  • 摘要: 目的 观察阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者外周血内皮祖细胞(EPCs)增殖、迁移、分化及集落形成能力的影响.方法 选择冠心病患者32例,从外周血获取单个核细胞,体外培养后进行细胞分析和计数.结果 EPCs的数量、增殖率、贴壁细胞及迁移细胞数量均随阿托伐他汀用药时间的延长而增加.结论 阿托伐他汀能提高内皮祖细胞(EPCs)的增殖及分化能力.
