摘要: 1 病例资料患者,男,42岁,嗜酒20年,近3月来嗜酒量增加,近2日出现腹胀,反复呕吐咖啡色液体伴食物残渣.于2011年10月1日下午5时多突发嗜睡,伴有大汗淋漓、四肢湿冷,遂至本院就诊.否认有糖尿病、肝病等内科疾病史.入院时测BP95/59 mmHg,P 103次/分,深大呼吸,腹软,剑突下饱满,有触压不适,无压痛及反跳痛,肠鸣音稍活跃.血常规:WBC 22.5×109/L,Hb 101 g/L.血气分析:pH6.9,乳酸1 5mmol /L,PCO21 2 mmol/L,HCO3-4 mmol /L.快速血糖2.6 mmol/L.血生化:ALT 175 U/L,AST1151 U/L,总胆红素24 μmol/L,间接胆红素1 3.4μmol/L,总二氧化碳6mmol/L.传染病7项未见异常.腹部CT提示:胃潴留.
