  • 摘要: 恶性肿瘤是一种严重威胁人类健康的常见病和多发病,是引起死亡的主要原因之一.2008年国际癌症研究中心对约1270万癌症病例和760万癌症死亡者进行了评估,其中约56%的癌症病例和64%癌症死亡者来自发展中国家和地区[1].化疗是利用细胞毒性药物杀死肿瘤细胞、抑制肿瘤细胞的生长繁殖和促进肿瘤细胞分化的一种治疗方式,它是一种全身性治疗手段,对原发灶、转移灶和亚临床转移灶均有治疗作用.但是,化疗治疗肿瘤在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时,也将正常细胞和免疫(抵抗)细胞一同杀灭,因此只用于对其他治疗方案无效或不适合手术和初期放疗的病人[2].蒽环类抗肿瘤抗生素是近30年来研究较多、发展较快的一类抗癌药物,阿霉素是其中最常用、最重要的抗生素之一.阿霉素是从波赛链霉菌变种链霉菌的发酵液中提取的一种糖苷类抗生素.阿霉素与柔红霉素在结构上十分相似,柔红霉素14位碳上的氢原子被羟基取代即可得阿霉素,因此,也可由柔红霉素经化学合成制得.
