The establishment of BALB/c mouse model with Helicobacter pylori infection

  • 摘要: 目的 在普通饲养条件下用云南cagA+、vacA+的毒力单株3-21建立小鼠动物模型.方法 口服0.2 mol/LNaHCO3,15 min后用胃管灌喂H.Pylori 3-21菌株5次,1周内连续完成.灌胃后4周处死动物,用胃黏膜匀浆液进行细菌培养实验、尿素酶实验、胃病理组织学检查,并应用RFLP-PCR法确定动物小鼠感染的H.Pylori为定植所用的菌株.结果 灌胃4周后,处死的10只BALB/c小鼠经细菌培养实验、尿素酶实验、胃病理组织学检查均感染上H.Pylori.而对照组动物的胃黏膜匀浆液经各项检测均为阴性.结论 成功地建立了H.Pylori感染的小鼠实验动物模型,为H.Pylori致病机制的研究、疫苗开发研制等奠定了一定基础.
