Significance of Oct4 and PLAP genes in the early diagnosis of seminoma of testis

  • 摘要: 目的 通过对Oct4、PLAP基因的研究,为早期诊断精原细胞瘤和精原细胞瘤提供分子生物学依据.方法 应用免疫组化EnVision两步法,检测38例精原细胞瘤中Oct4、PLAP基因的表达.结果 Oct4在精原细胞瘤中的阳性表达率为100%,PLAP为89.47%;二者在正常睾丸组织中均不表达;显微镜下观察,Oct4仅在肿瘤细胞核及发育不良的细胞核上表达,而PLAP分布不均匀,在有些肿瘤细胞深染,有些肿瘤细胞上则无染色.结论 与PLAP相比,Oct4在精原细胞瘤中均呈阳性表达,是更加灵敏的诊断精原细胞瘤的标记基因.
