Effects of different target effect- site concentrations of remifentanil on propofol sedation in patients

摘要: 目的 研究瑞芬太尼不同效应室靶浓度对患者异丙酚镇静效应的影响.方法 将75例择期全麻手术患者随机分为A、B、C、D、E共5组,脑电双频指数(BIS)降为50时,记录异丙酚效应室靶浓度、异丙酚总用量以及所需时间,以及患者意识消失时BIS值和异丙酚效应室靶浓度.结果 5组患者麻醉诱导开始各基础值无显著差异.BIS值降为50时C、D、E组分别与A组、B组相比,异丙酚效应室靶浓度、异丙酚总用量以及所需时间均明显减少;患者意识消失时C、D、E组分别与A组、B组相比,异丙酚效应室靶浓度明显降低,BIS值明显增高.结论 瑞芬太尼与异丙酚复合用于全身麻醉时适宜的效应室靶浓度为4 ng/mL.
