营养液专用输液器对营养液所致静脉炎的预防作用

Effect of total parenteral nutrition infusion sets in prevention of phlebitis caused by nutrition infusion

  • 摘要: 目的 评价应用营养液专用输液器预防全静脉营养(TPN)输液所致静脉炎的效果.方法 将156例患者随机分为实验组80例,对照组76例.实验组采用3μm营养液专用输液器输注,对照组采用普通输液器,分别对静脉炎发生的比例进行分析.结果 对照组发生静脉炎共36例(47.37%),实验组发生静脉炎共7例(8.75%),实验组静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),实验组静脉炎发生时间明显延迟于对照组.结论 采用营养液专用输液器输注TPN所致静脉炎有明显的预防作用.
