Therapeutic effect of instrument for irrigation on patients after FESS operation

摘要: 目的 评价功能性鼻窦内镜手术(FESS)后,采用鼻腔冲洗器冲洗鼻腔的临床疗效.方法 将FESS术后慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者128例,随机分为对照组(采用生理盐水冲洗)和鼻腔冲洗器组(采用鼻腔冲洗器冲洗,配合苍耳子、细辛、辛夷、黄芪、荆芥等多种中药提取液),分析比较2组的疗效.结果 术后鼻腔冲洗器组的治愈率明显高于对照组,2组差异存在显著统计学意义.结论 鼻腔冲洗器配合中药提取液冲洗,可以促进FESS术后创口的愈合、消除黏膜水肿,显著提高FESS的临床治疗效果.
