  • 摘要: 脑胶质瘤是颅内最常见的恶性肿瘤[1],占颅内肿瘤的35.2% ~61.0%.heparanase最早由Parish[2]等发现,是一个关键的胞外基质降解酶,它降解硫酸乙酰肝素和乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖上的聚糖侧链,在肿瘤浸润和转移中起物要作用.本研究采用荧光实时定量PCR技术检测heparanase的mRNA在脑胶质瘤和良性脑肿瘤中的表达水平,统计分析表达水平和肿瘤恶性程度之问的关系,探讨可能的作用机理.
