  • 摘要: 精神分裂症被命名于1908年4月24日.它由Bleuler医生在为德国精神病学协会所做的一次报告中正式提出,以替代之前的早老性痴呆.Bleule认为,该病既非一种痴呆,也并不具有"早老"的特质,因此他用希腊语schizein(分裂)和希腊语phren(灵魂、精神、心灵)的结合,来表达心理功能的断裂或分裂,而更准确的描述该病的症状[1].现代医学认为该病是一种症候群,为病因不明的一组症状和体征的集合.它主要是由观察到的精神病迹象定义的:如妄想、幻觉、认知和情感的障碍.通常情况下该病发于青春后期或成年早期[2].
