摘要

摘要: 动脉粥样硬化不稳定的粥样硬化斑块出现裂缝、糜烂或形成血栓,不完全堵塞冠状动脉导致不稳定型心绞痛(UA),炎症反应和血小板激活在此病理过程起重要作用.研究发现,脂联素和脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2(Lp-PLA2)与急性冠状动脉综合征患者的预后相关[1-2].他汀类药物具有降低血脂、稳定斑块、降低炎症反应等作用,服用他汀类药物可升高脂联素、降低C反应蛋白水平和Lp-PLA2活性[3-4].本研究旨在探讨强化调脂能否进一步纠正不稳定型心绞痛患者血脂联素和Lp-PLA2紊乱,从而有助于改善患者预后.
