摘要: 目的 探讨联合入路治疗复杂髋臼骨折及复位固定技巧.方法 对2007～2009年应用联合手术入路收治的11例复杂髋臼骨折的治疗进行回顾性研究.术后随访6个月～1年.结果 骨折复位情况按Matta评定标准,解剖复位7例,满意复位3例,不满意复位1例.关节功能按照改良的Meded′ Aubigne and Postel评分系统进行评估,关节功能优8例,良2例,可1例,优良率90.9%.结论 手术治疗复杂髋臼骨折时,联合入路能够很好地显露骨折部位,方便固定,临床效果满意.
