摘要: 后囊膜混浊(PCO)是白内障术后最常见的并发症之一.迄今为止,眼科医生仍未能找到一种彻底能够完全阻止后囊膜混浊的方法,研究表明[1]:用1%不含防腐剂的利多卡因对离体兔眼进行晶状体上皮与皮质间的水分离,可能会将皮质的清除提高到细胞水平,从而阻止后囊膜混浊的发生.直角边缘人工晶状体有效抑制后囊膜混浊的发生已经被证实[2],作者通过1%不含防腐剂利多卡因水分离联合直角边缘人工晶状体植入的动物实验研究,发现1%不含防腐剂利多卡因水分离有预防兔眼PCO的作用,与后者联合应用效果更好,现报告如下.
