摘要: 本院2001年11月～2005年6月共行肝脏移植手术8例,其中1例为再次肝移植、1例为亲体肝移植,取得了较满意的效果.现就该手术的术中管理报告如下. 1 临床资料本组男6例,女2例,年龄13～66岁,平均39.5岁;体重44～80 kg, 平均55.5 kg, 原发病为肝豆状核变性1例、晚期肝癌2例、原发性胆汁性肝硬化1例、肝移植术后阻黄1例、肝炎后肝硬化3例.除肝癌患者外,其他患者术前均有肝功能衰竭.1例亲体肝移植供肝者为患儿之父.手术时间6.5～16 h, 平均(10.5±2.8) h;无肝期40～165 min, 平均(116.5±10.8) min.出血800～13 000 mL, 术中输液(13 500.8±3 726.4) mL.
