Fast-track Surgery: Present State and Its Direction of Development

摘要: 对外科患者而言,传统的做法是手术后患者留医院内继续观察及处理麻醉或手术并发症,待患者能够自我照料后出院.近10年来,随着麻醉、围手术期处理及外科技术(如微创外科)的发展,术后患者住院时间明显缩短,从而产生了"fast-track surgery"的概念[1], 国外也有称之为"enhanced recovery after surgery program "或"fast track rehabilitation in surgery".
