  • 摘要: 目前腹腔镜肝脏切除术尚处于探索阶段,进展缓慢.由于其手术为部分肝切除,不同于脾脏、肾脏的整个切除,手术难度更大,迄今未见大宗病例报道.腹腔镜肝脏切除术不仅对手术医生的技术要求高,而且还要有非常严格的手术适应证.
