摘要

摘要: 自Rubin等发现可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)以来,它在细胞免疫功能中的作用日益受到国内外学者的重视[1,2].IL-2R存在于多种免疫细胞及造血细胞的表面,是IL-2发挥重要生物学作用的基础.
