  • 摘要: 近年来,随着免疫学和分子生物学的迅猛发展,许多新知识、新技术在疟疾的诊断、防治中得到应用和发展.特别是一些免疫学和分子生物学技术的建立,对于疟疾的流行病学调查(摸清疫情、病原、蚊媒),因地制宜,制定有效的综合防治措施,进一步降低疟疾发病率,巩固已取得的防治成果具有积极的推进作用.下面就这方面的研究情况进行综述.
